WHEN eventing enthusiasts descend on Grove at the end of the month for the first of this season’s one-day events at the Ponsonby family’s lovely Fethard estate, they will pick out the entrance thanks to the well-known red on white signs.

Earlier this year, the words horse trials were covered over to advertise the Tipperary Foxhounds’ mud run at Grove which was a huge success, raising funds both for the pack and for South Tipperary Hospice.
