THERE was so much happening this week that I was in danger at time of not being able to keep up. Working remotely adds layers to the workload, and I added a further one by undertaking a mental health first aid course.

On Monday and Tuesday I joined a group of nine others, all with a connection to the equine world, for 12 hours of training on how to become a mental health first aider. We had two excellent facilitators for this programme.
