ANDY Oliver could have quite a prospect on his hands in Apricot Moon who turned in the performance of the night with a last-to-first charge in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Maiden over a mile, which kicked off a treble for Billy Lee.

The daughter of Bated Breath was handed a wide draw for her debut run in what looked a reasonable maiden and she soon found herself with the entire field to pass. However, her supporters need not have worried as the 20/1 chance produced quite a response when Lee switched her into the middle of the track off the last turn. She stormed home to strike the front deep inside the distance and prevailed by a neck from the 33/1 chance Moll.
