TULLAMORE’s Aisling Deverell has been in winning form since her return to the Dressage Ireland competition scene in March, following over a year’s absence, and continued in this vein at Ballindenisk last Sunday.

On this second day of DI’s Winter Finals, Deverell added the Novice and Medium Category 2 titles to that she won at Elementary level on Good Friday. At Greenogue, her championship success came on Annaharvey Firefly and it was on this eight-year-old Irish Sport Horse mare by Floriscount, who was bred by her husband Sam, that she won Sunday’s Medium title on 68.23% ahead of Antonia Ward and Patricia Heffernan’s three-star eventer, Christopher Robin 2 (67.70).
