GORDON Elliott drew a rare blank at the latest Downpatrick meeting and was also out of luck with Tullybeg in the opener but normal service resumed at a track where the trainer does so well as he reeled off a treble.

The trainer struck first with Fancy Foundations (4/1) in the Ulster Carpets Maiden Hurdle. This six-year-old had failed to build on quite a decent debut fourth in a Cork bumper in April 2019 in two subsequent starts but returned in good shape from nine months off to win comfortably.
