Condon home: Davy Condon received the all-clear to go home from Cork University Hospital last night. The jockey crushed three vertebrae in a fall at Cork last Sunday and will be wearing a brace for approximately three months.

Turf Club medical officer Dr Adrian McGoldrick is hopeful that injured jockeys Andrew Lynch, Paul Carberry and Ger Fox will resume race-riding at Listowel the week after next. Lynch is carrying a hand injury which has reoccurred while Fox and Carberry, both out since July, are due to see surgeon Fred Kenny next week for assessment.
