An easy winner of his maiden on his racecourse debut at today’s course in April, Andrew Balding’s colt finished third in the Dee Stakes next time, behind subsequent St James’s Palace winner Circus Maximus, form which was enhanced again when runner-up Mohawk went and won the Group 3 Meld Stakes at Leopardstown on Thursday evening.
