JOHN Oxx trains Shringara, a three-year-old daughter of Dansili (Danehill), for Ann Marshall and the filly was bred at Hamwood Stud by Frank Dunne. She won at the second time of asking at Killarney this week and hopefully the Currabeg master will work the oracle and get her some blacktype before she eventually goes to the breeding shed. She comes from a family that Ann and Frank have had great success with at their farm near Dunboyne.

Shringara joins Kamili (Invincible Spirit) as a winning daughter of Shreyas. That daughter of Dalakhani (Darshaan) won four times in the Marshall colours when trained by Jim Bolger. Three wins were in stakes company, the Group 3 D.C. Lavarack and Lanwades Stud Stakes at Gowran Park and a pair of listed races at Leopardstown.
