RED Baron Bloodstock is not a name I can claim to know but they must have been very pleased with the results from Dundalk last week. Gift Wrap won in the colours of Godolphin and this two-year-old daughter of Raven’s Pass was not doing so out of turn.

Her previous placed form included finishing a head behind Waterloo Bridge at Tipperary and the next time out the winner added the Group 2 Norfolk Stakes to his winning tally. Gift Wrap is the first foal of her dam and she is followed by a yearling filly by Teofilo (bought by David Redvers for 70,000gns as a yearling) and a Dawn Approach filly foal that sold to the aforementioned Red Baron Bloodstock at Goffs last month for €38,000.
