BILLY Twomey narrowly missed out on a Grand Prix win at Bury Farm last weekend. Riding Joe Flynn’s Horse of the Year Show (HOYS) winner, Ardcolum Duke, in the Jeep All Stars finale, Twomey conjured the fastest time of all in the eight-strong jump-off.

However, a rail fell along the way, the resulting four faults ultimately handing victory to Yasmin Davis who produced the only double clear round with Zilverster II who finished some seven seconds behind Twomey and the Gypsy Duke 10-year-old.
