ALL roads led to Bandon on Sunday for that day’s sole fixture which was run under the auspices of the Carbery Hunt. The finish was different than in previous years – it was situated approximately 100 yards after what used to be the second last fence and ground conditions were extremely testing due to the recent inclement weather conditions. The Paul O’Flynn-trained newcomer Glenabo Bridge lit up the afternoon for many, by recording an authoritative debut success in the opening Barryroe Co-Op and Chris McCarthy Greenbuild Ltd five-year-old geldings’ maiden.
