BRITISH rider Kristina Hall-Jackson turned her international debut into a winning one, when she headed the CIC* with CMS Google. Adding to this unforeseen victory, the Irish-bred mare had only picked up her qualification a few weeks ago, and was a last minute addition to the plans.

“We initially thought that we would bring her as companion!” said Hall-Jackson, who sourced the mare from Vere Phillips last year. Bred in Co Cavan by Ray O’Reilly, the daughter of Baltimore was campaigned in Ireland to win 15 SJI points under Cathal McMunn and Elaine Horan, and is, according to her rider, “a very exciting prospect”.
