IT’S been a bad week for jockeys Timmy Murphy and Paul Moloney.

Paul Moloney suffered a broken leg in a fall at Ludlow on Wednesday, when Kudu Country fell at the first fence in a handicap chase. With 45 winners to his credit already this season, Moloney, who has been placed in the last four Grand Nationals, is likely to be sidelined for some time. “I’m absolutely gutted for him,” said his retaining trainer Evan Williams, who saddled Kudu Country.
