JOHN Watson and Jim Cooke, honorary treasurer of the Traditional Irish Horse Association (TIHA), presented a rosette and cheque at Gorey show to Enniscorthy’s Oliver Walsh of Enniscorthy in recognition of his breeding the good event horse Prince Mayo.
Prince Mayo, the traditionally-bred Irish Sport Horse winner of The Irish Field CCI*** at Tattersalls International Horse Trials recently, under Australian Paul Tapner, is by Bonnie Prince (TB) out of Crosshue Lass (TIH) by Colourfield (TB).
