AFTER a successful bid on behalf of The Irish Polocrosse Club (IPA) and Equus Polocrosse Club, Ireland was selected by its fellow members of the European Polocrosse Committee to host the European Championships this August. The club selected to host the event on behalf of the IPA is Equus Polocrosse Club, a young club based in Enniskerry, Co.Wicklow.

The European Challenge is the Northern Hemisphere’s biggest polocrosse competition. It welcomes players and their horses from countries all across Europe including England, Scotland, Wales, Italy, Germany, France, Holland, Norway and Finland. The players will make the long trip to Ireland to the beautiful grounds of Bishopland Polo club located in Ballymore Eustace, Co. Dublin, where Equus host their club tournament each year.
