KILLEEN’S Equestrian League for the South East Region continued last weekend, hosted by Tinahely Riding Club. It was a beautiful sunny day and the Coolboy grounds looked a picture. There were 42 entries taking on a beautifully flowing course that questioned the higher classes. The Primary competition was won by Sandra Doody from Coole-Lane on her own Test of Courage.

Second was Cheryl Keogh on Russellstown Izzy, the pair currently top of the league table, with Amanda Dormer Lewis on Indiano Warrior taking third. Deirdre Deegan on Dexters Pride, lying in second place on the league table, was fourth with Martin Carroll on Ardlea Indian Lady taking fifth.
