APPRENTICE rider David Simmonson can reapply for a riding licence following a review of the two-year suspension imposed on him at a referrals hearing in November 2019.
Simmonson was found in breach of Rule 271(i) in that samples of urine taken from him during in-competition testing at Tipperary on August 11th 2019 were found to contain benzoylecgonine (metabolite of cocaine).
