Arcenfete makes his eagerly anticipated Irish debut in the Limestone Lad Hurdle at Naas on Sunday.

A winner both on the flat and over hurdles in his native France, the six-year-old son of Arch is now with Henry de Bromhead and runs in the colours of Gigginstown House Stud.

The fact he has been given an entry in the Champion Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival suggests he has been pleasing his new connections at home and it will be fascinating to see how he fares in this Grade 3 contest.

The Gigginstown silks are also carried by the Gordon Elliott-trained Duca De Thaix, who concedes weight all round after winning a Grade Three at Limerick over the festive period.

The Willie Mullins-trained pair of Dolciano Dici and Sandsend and Jessica Harrington's high-class mare Forge Meadow also feature in an eight-strong field.

Grade 3 honours are also up for grabs in the Woodlands Park 100 Club Novice Chase.

Elliott's Jury Duty sets the standard having won a Grade 2 at Punchestown before chasing home stablemate Shattered Love in the Grade 1 Neville Hotels Novice Chase at Leopardstown.

He is joined by stable companion Mossback, while Mullins relies on recent Cork scorer Livelovelaugh.

Noel Meade's Moulin A Vent is fitted with blinkers for the first time, and De Danu's Bach, trained by Nigel Slevin, will be a big outsider.
