IT was all change in the World Breeding Federation for Sport Horse (WBFSH) sire rankings this year with three new names – Master Imp, Kannan and Gribaldi – rising to the top of their respective leaderboards.

From an Irish perspective, the best news from the rankings was Master Imp overtaking Heraldik in the event sire rankings, while the stellar year enjoyed by Bertram Allen on board the British-bred Molly Malone V boosted her sire Kannan to the number one place in the show jumping sires table.
