Chachamaidee (by Footstepsinthesand), previously a dual Group 3 scorer, has notched up her first Group 2 win, the bet365 Lennox Stakes over 7f at Goodwood.
The five-year-old was bred by Cheval Court Stud, and she is trained by Sir Henry Cecil. She is out of Canterbury Lace (by Danehill), who is a half-sister to the 1000 Guineas heroine Virginia Waters (by Kingmambo). This is the family of additional Group 1 stars such as Dubawi, High-Rise, In The Wings, and Zomaradah.
Footstepsinthesand (by Giant's Causeway) stands at Coolmore Stud.
