Mazameer (by Green Desert) has won the Group 3 Prix de Cabourg - Jockey Club De Turquie over 6f at Deauville, his second win from three starts.
The Freddie Head trained juvenile was bred by S Kennedy and P Carmody, and he is a 105,000gns graduate of the Tattersalls December Foal Sale in Newmarket. He is the third foal out of Straight Miss (by In The Wings), who is an unraced half-sister to the Group 1 winner Naaqoos (by Oasis Dream) and to the Group 3 scorer Barastraight (by Barathea).
Green Desert (by Danzig) is at Nunnery Stud, and he retired from active service last year at the age of 28.
