Group 2 Norfolk Stakes winner Reckless Abandon (by Exchange Rate) has maintained his unbeaten record with victory today in the Group 2 Prix Robert Papin over 5.5f at Maisons-Laffitte.
The Clive Cox trained juvenile was bred by Car Colston Hall Stud and he cost just £24,000 at the Doncaster Premier Yearling Sale. He is the second foal out of the stakes placed triple winner Sant Elena (by Efisio), who is a half-sister to the dual Grade 1 scorer Ticker Tape (by Royal Applause). His grandam is a half-sister to the juvenile Group 1 wnner Crowded House (by Rainbow Quest) and he comes from the famous family of Storm Cat, Royal Academy and many more of note.
Exchange Rate (by Danzig) stands at Three Chimneys Farm in Kentucky.
