Multiple stakes winner Takar (by Oratorio) is now a pattern scorer following his easy win in the Group 3 KARE Race Day Minstrel Stakes over 7f at The Curragh.
H H the Aga Khan's homebred three-year-old is trained by John Oxx, and he is out of the Group 2 Pretty Polly Stakes winner Takarouna (by Green Dancer) who is a full-sister to the Group 2 Dante Stakes scorer Torjoun. Takar is a half-brother to the pattern winners Takali (by Kris) and Takarian (by Doyoun), and to the Group 2 placed stakes winner Tanoura (by Dalakhani).
