High-class dual purpose gelding Galileo's Choice (by Galileo), whose entries include the Group 1 Gain Horse Feeds Irish St Leger, has made a winning return to action on the flat with victory in the Listed Challenge Stakes over 14f at Leopardstown tonight.
The Dermot Weld trained six-year-old was bred by Patrick Kelly, he is out of Sevi's Choice (by Sir Ivor), and his siblings include the stakes winner Celebrity Sevi (by Peintre Celebre) and the talented staying chaser Tharawaat (by Alhaarth).
Galileo (by Sadler's Wells) stands at Coolmore Stud.
