Georgina Bolton, from New Zealand, has earned the gold medal for the 2012 Thoroughbred Breeding Course at the Irish National Stud. The 22-year-old is an NZTBA scholarship student and she was sponsored by Trelawney Stud.
The silver medal went to Stephen Kitchener, 25, from near Cambridge in England, while Jack Tuohy, 22, from Tipperary, is the tenth recipient of the John Durkan Award.
