Maarek (by Pivotal) has won the Group 3 Betfred Mobile Lotto Chipchase Stakes over 6f at Newcastle, his sixth win from 20 starts.
The David Nagle trained five-year-old was bred by New England Stud with P J and P M Vela. He is the first foal out of the talented Ruby Rocket (by Indian Rocket), and he comes from the family of smart speedsters such as Alexander Alliance, Inzar's Best and Anita's Prince.
Voodoo Lily (by Petardia) is a half sister to Maarek's dam and has also produced a winner in Lily's Star (by Chineur).
Pivotal (by Polar Falcon) stands at Cheveley Park Stud.
