Some 22 months after the initial offence, trainer Eamon Tyrrell has had his three-year suspension reciprocated by the Turf Club.
The ban was imposed by the British Horseracing Authority last August over the running and riding of Tyrrell's Casela Park in Newcastle.
After a lengthy appeals process, the Turf Club today (Thursday) issued a 14-page judgement which confirms that the ban also extends to Ireland.
