DESPITE being initially banned by for 42 days by Killarney stewards last month, the Tony Martin-trained Pyromaniac will be able to run in Thursday’s Guinness Galway Hurdle. The trainer's legal team went to the High Court today and were granted a judicial review of the decision reached by the appeals body of the Turf Club last Thursday which upheld the 42-day ban from racing imposed on Pyromaniac arising from his run at Killarney on July 12th.
