MELBOURNE Cup runner-up Max Dynamite is among five horses declared for the Henry II Stakes at Sandown on Thursday.

Willie Mullins' dual purpose performer will be making his seasonal debut after his fine effort in Australia where he was only beaten half a length in the Group 1 feature.

Also making his reappearance is the Sir Mark Prescott-trained Pallastor, winner of the Doncaster Cup.

Ed de Giles' mare Frosty Berry, a shock 50/1 winner when flooring Clever Cookie at Nottingham, aims to show that victory was no fluke while Richard Fahey's consistent stayer Suegioo and Burmese from Marcus Tregoning's stable complete the list.

BRIGADIER GERARD

The Group 3 Brigadier Gerard Stakes features a meeting of two exciting peformers from last season, Roger Charlton's Time Test and Roger Varian's Intilaaq as well as last year's winner Western Hymn from John Gosden's.
