IRELAND'S Judy Reynolds has tonight recorded her second dressage Grand Prix win of the season at the Rolex Central Park CDI4* show in New York, USA, scoring a 73.80% with her Olympic mount, Vancouver K, a 14-year-old gelding owned by Joe and Kathleen Reynolds.

Reynolds recorded her first win of the season when she set an Irish international Grand Prix record score of 75.24% at the CDI4* show in Achleiten, Austria in June of this year.

Last month, Reynolds represented Ireland at the Olympic Games in Rio, finishing in 18th place. They were the first combination in 24 years to qualify for the Olympic final.

Speaking about tonight’s win, the 35-year old Kildare native said: “It’s fantastic to carry on the momentum from Rio and I’m delighted with our performance here. A win in New York City is very special and it’s always an honour to hear the Irish national anthem being played."

Sweden’s Tinne Vilhelmson-Silfven finished in second place with a score of 73.10%, followed by Canada’s Brittany Fraser-Beaulieu with 71.06%.
