She was bred by Horizon Bloodstock Ltd, she is out of the Listed Pretty Polly Stakes winner Saphira's Fire (by Cape Cross), and her third dam is the multiple middle-distance stakes winner Knoosh (by Storm Bird).

Group 2 scorer Shakespearean (by Shamardal), who stands at Haras du Hoguenet in France, got off the mark when the Gary Moore-trained Art Collection scored over five furlongs at Brighton.

The colt was bred by the partnership of D Aviez, S Gesbert and C Gesbert, and his unraced dam Renascent Rahy (by Rahy) comes from the family of the Group 1 stars and leading sires Green Tune (by Green Dancer) and Storm Bird (by Northern Dancer).

Dalham Hall Stud stallion Poet's Voice (by Dubawi) got another winner when Voice Of Love won over seven furlongs at Capannelle. The colt is a half-brother to the listed scorer Time Chant (by War Chant) and his unraced dam Snowfield (by Tale Of The Cat) is a half-sister to the classic-placed Grade 2 scorer Sopran Mariduff (by Persian Bold). His grandam Marina Duff (by Caerleon) won the Group 3 Premio Dormello.

Ballyhane Stud's Group 2 Mehl-Mulhens Rennen (German 2000 Guineas) hero Frozen Power (by Oasis Dream) got another winner when the William Haggas-trained War Department made a winning debut over six furlongs at Leicester.

The colt was bred by Tom McDonald, he made 160,000gns at the Tattersalls Craven Breeze-Up Sale last month, and he is a half-brother to a couple of winners in Italy. His dam On My Knees (by Fasliyev) is a grand-daughter of the Group 3 Prix de Sandringham scorer and Group 1 1000 Guineas fourth Once In My Life (by Lomond).
