TWO things coincided this week and both bode well for the future of our flagship national asset – the vibrant Irish Sport Horse industry.

An enormous number of people flocked to nationwide shows stretching from Charleville in Cork, Athlone in the midlands, the Flavours of Fingal show at Newbridge House in Dublin and Corrandulla in the west last weekend, entries were very buoyant but it was the big crowds that swelled each venue - and other shows - that stood out.
